They smelled divine and filled the room with their sweet scent. It was a shame the lilac seasons was so very short. If she could have her way, they would be in bloom all summer long so she could continuously fill her rooms with their fragrance. As it was, she would just have to thoroughly enjoy the few delightful weeks they offered until the next year.
